Donor recognition at Central Alberta Humane Society is based on each donor's individual needs and wishes, as well as the availability of recognition pieces at our Animal Care and Adoption facility. We wish to respect the individuality of the donor, the donation, and the facility as a whole.

Throughout the year we hold events to raise funds for our shelter animals including raffle & silent auction ticket sales. Prizes for these events are always needed & a great way to give back!
We also have a Volunteer Appreciation program where a dedicated volunteer each month gets recognized & awarded a gift card from one of our community's local businesses. All businesses/persons who donate are eligible for tax receipts & our recognition!

We are largely funded through donations & self-generated revenue, this includes the many fundraising events we hold throughout the year. Without the support and partnership of businesses in our community, we would not be able to raise the important funds generated through these events.
