Meet Penelope Pussycat! She has been at the shelter since January 5th, 2024. She is quite a special girl, Penelope Pussycat is deaf, so she'll need a special home! She isn't a fan of other four legged companions, so she would need to be the sole animal in the family. She's a super sweet girl who loves affection and all of the attention that is humanly possible to give. If you think you're the perfect fit for her, give us a call and we can book a meet and greet!
