Hey pals! My name is Hershey, but when my shelter family is feeling a little extra, they like to call me Hershel Jones. I like to think it suits me pretty well. I am a cheerful, easygoing kind of guy who wakes up every day ready to have fun and make new friends. One of my absolute favorite things in the world is water. If there is a puddle, a kiddie pool, or even a hose nearby, you can count me in. I also love a good game of fetch and could happily chase a ball over and over again with that big happy grin on my face. Staying active and spending time with my people is what makes me happiest. Speaking of people, I have not met a single person I did not like. I am all about making connections, soaking up attention, and being part of whatever is going on around me. I get along well with other dogs too and enjoy having canine friends to play with. As for cats, I have not had the chance to meet one yet, so I am not quite sure what I would think, I think I’d be fine though!.
