Are you looking for somewhere fun and educational to send your child on PD Days and school breaks? Is your child an animal lover who would like to learn about various kinds of companion animals and how to care for them? Would your child love to hang out with cats, bunnies and other animals here at the shelter? PD Camp Days are designed for 6-10 year old campers.

Required Items

PD Camp Day Essentials

Indoor shoes
lunch & snacks
Warm clothes for outdoor activities (Toque, mitts, boots, snow pants, winter jacket, scarf or balaclava is optional but recommended)!
Drop off: 8:00am Pick up: 4:00pm (No early drop off or late pick up available)
Maximum 12 slots available so book early!
Cost: $49.95/Day or $194.95/4 Days

What Does a Day at CA Humane Camp Include?

Camp Day 101

Visits to the free roam cat rooms/pocket pet rooms
Learning about what we do here at the Humane Society
Animal visits in the camp room (puppies?!)
A large variety of crafts, games and activities
Checking out some cool animal artifacts
Outdoor activity time (weather dependent)

We offer Summer camps during the summer for kids aged 6-10. Camps are 4 days long from 8am – 4pm and are packed with loads of fun and animal education!
