Myrtle's Adoption Story
Hi! It’s me Myrtle!
I was adopted in November and I wanted to let you guys know that I’m doing great! I’m really comfortable in my new home now. I was pretty scared at first but now I feel right at home.
I spend most of my time playing with my fuzzy mice toys, scratching my cardboard scratchers to shreds and napping in my favourite bed. But my favourite is when my human brushes me! Every evening my human and I play with a feather toy and I get lots of exercise playing or just running back and forth across the house! After play time I get my wet food, it’s my favourite treat. I’m also getting much more comfortable snuggling up next to my human on the couch and even curling up at his feet at night.
I am so grateful for all of you who took care of me while I waited to find my new home. I thought you might want to see how well I’m doing and how loved I am here.
Thank you so much! Here are some pictures of me around my new home!
Love Myrtle and Mike!
