Inspiring & heartwarming stories from Central Alberta's adopted pets.
Millie's Adoption Story
Millie has been a fantastic little kid! She loves to cuddle up at night time and her favourite thing is getting butt-pats! I have introduced her to my mom and sister's tiny dogs as well as my neighbours cat and she was a perfect gentle-lady. Still working a bit on the house training since she does not like being alone while I am at work but she is totally worth the extra effort. It's hard to know what to expect when you adopt a middle aged dog but she is so well behaved I can even let her off leash and let her run on the acreage. Thanks to all the girls at the Red Deer SPCA for helping this sweet little girl get a second chance! More pics to come!!
