About Me...

Oh my gosh, hi there! My name is Buddy, and I am so excited you stopped by to learn a little more about me. I might come across as a bit unsure at first, but once I know I can trust you, my true personality really starts to shine. I am a genuinely sweet and loyal guy who just needs a little time and patience to feel safe and settled. Once we are friends, you will see just how affectionate and loving I can be. I enjoy spending time with my people, whether that means hanging out nearby, going for walks, or just sharing some quiet moments together. Building that bond with someone special is what I am really looking for. I get along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to help me feel more comfortable. That said, I am looking for a home without cats, as they are not really my thing. I do well with most people, but I can be a bit jumpy when I get excited or nervous, so a home without very young children would be the best fit for me. What I need most is a calm, understanding home where I can continue to grow in confidence at my own pace. If you are someone who is willing to give me that chance, I promise to repay you with loyalty, love, and a whole lot of heart!
