I’m Meeka a fun, loving pup who thrives on engagement, positive reinforcement, and plenty of enrichment! I’m fully crate trained and think of my crate as my safe space. I eat my meals there, enjoy enrichment activities, and will happily head in for naps or when I’m asked. I haven’t spent a full night in my crate yet only because my foster home lets dogs sleep in the bed, but I’m very comfortable in my crate and would do just fine overnight. I do have some herding instincts, but I can live with cats when I’m properly supervised. Like many young pups, I can get a little rough if I become overstimulated, but I respond really well to redirection and settle down quickly. I absolutely love to play and learn new things! I already know cues like wait, shake, sit, spin, down, off, and out, and I’m even learning to jump through hoops. I’d be a great match for an active home, especially one interested in agility or dog sports. I know my name well and have a strong recall foundation that will keep improving with consistent training. I’m an affectionate, driven girl with a big heart and a strong eagerness to learn. I adjust quickly to new environments and am currently working on my on leash reactivity. Overall, I’m an amazing dog with so much potential, just waiting for the right home to help me shine!
