Howdy, partner! The name’s Moose! Life didn’t start off too easy for me, so I’m still learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. New people and experiences can feel a little overwhelming sometimes, but I’m working hard to be brave, one pawstep at a time! What I’m really hoping for is a kind, patient human who’ll take things slow and help me come out of my shell. Someone who doesn’t mind going at my pace, cheering me on when I’m nervous, and celebrating all my little victories. With time, love, and some gentle guidance, I just know I’ll blossom into the loyal, goofy, and loving companion my shelter family keeps telling me I’m meant to be! I get along well with other dogs, they help me feel more confident and show me the ropes! As for cats, well, I haven’t had the chance to meet any, so we’ll have to cross that bridge when we get there. Because I’m still building my confidence, I’d do best in a calm home without small children for now. So, if you’ve got a big heart, a gentle hand, and a little extra patience, I think we could make a pretty great team. Maybe even the best of friends.
