It's yoga with a furry twist! CA Humane is excited to introduce Purrs & Poses Cat Yoga!
Join us on Saturday, August 25 in the education room at Central Alberta Humane Society for a fun & relaxing yoga class taught by Breathing Room yoga instructor Suzanne Blackwell. You'll get to know our adorable shelter cats as they join you for a gentle yoga class from 10-11am followed by a light brunch & refreshments.
As always, funds raised will support animals in care at CA Humane.

*Cats will be provided by Central Alberta Humane Society. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat but we will have some available as well.
